What we collect
The Orientation Kit form collects name, email, industry, interest, country or market, locale and submission time. The operator application additionally collects the professional information you choose to provide.

To send the Orientation Kit, review possible suitability for the operator path, and respond about that path where you have consented.

The applicable legal basis and final consent wording are being confirmed during legal review.

Who processes it
Vercel hosts the website and may process server logs. Resend processes email delivery only when the Orientation Kit flow is explicitly enabled. No application delivery provider or Make/Google Sheets routing is active in Phase 3A.

Where it is stored
Information is handled within the implemented hosting and email services. Any international-transfer wording is being confirmed before production.

How long we keep it
A final retention period has not been approved. It will be confirmed during legal review before production publication.
